Scope

The Compliance Program set forth in this Manual and contained in the University’s Billing Compliance Plan applies to all CUIMC clinicians, billing personnel, administrative personnel, and research staff, as applicable, and addresses billing for clinical activity by full-time and part-time CUIMC clinicians for which professional fee revenues either flow through University accounts or are subject to an academic assessment by the University.

In addition, this Manual address policy on human subject research billing compliance, which extends to every member of the CUIMC community.
